Dental Implants - Raleigh, NC
Replace Missing Teeth Permanently
If you are missing one tooth or several teeth, talk to Dr. Paresh Naran about the benefits. They do not require additional maintenance and are also resistant to tooth decay. They are designed to last a lifetime and we can perform both standard dental implant placement procedures and dental implant restoration procedures at our practice.
How Do They Work?
Statistics show that dental implants have a high success rate and can replace missing teeth permanently. The implant is fused directly into the jaw bone to provide a very secure and stable fit, and their titanium composition makes them resistant to decay. A dental crown is then placed on top of the implant. The end result looks and functions just like a real tooth, filling gaps in your smile and restoring proper functions like chewing and speaking.
What to Expect with Dental Implant Restoration
Dental implants take approximately three to six months to fully integrate into the jaw bone. We can place the custom crown at this time and will also check the bite. If you need a bone graft, the bone graft must first heal several months before the dental implant restoration can be completed.
